I lead client-facing discovery and solution design for AI transformation across financial services and enterprise operations, from agentic workflow proposals to working proof-of-concepts. Before this, I spent three years as an iOS engineer and product owner at Deloitte.
Work
Enterprise teams were making CX and roadmap decisions off scattered signal: reviews, support tickets, social discussions, internal docs, with no shared view of what customers actually needed. I built a knowledge graph that pulled these sources together so the recurring pain points were visible instead of anecdotal.

Reconciliation across multiple systems relied on manual break matching and approval routing, which was slow and hard to audit. I designed an AI-driven operating model to automate it, including a target-state agentic workflow for a bank's asset-transfer process.

The proposal projected 7 to 9 FTE of manual workload eliminated and a 30 to 40 percent reduction in asset-transfer cycle times, with over 50 percent fewer manual handoffs.
Blueprint is a pipeline I built to run my own method end to end: a 6-step Demo track (Understand, Discover, Decompose, Design, Build, Prototype), or a fuller 10-step Delivery track that adds Specify, Govern, and Evaluate for higher-stakes builds. The final step turns everything logged along the way into a working, self-contained HTML prototype.
